Baku Engineering University (BEU) students of the Faculty of Engineering have had a meeting with the employees of "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC.

Aytan Jabrayilzada, LLC Learning and Development Specialist, delivered a presentation at the event, which was organized in order to inform future engineers about the company. Noting that the production facility started operating in 2020 with the establishment of SOCAR for the purpose of managing the Reconstruction  and Modernization Project at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (HAOR), A. Jabraylzada talked about the company's activities, goals, organizational structure, labor, and more than 1,200 employees. 

Then the chief engineers of the company, Ramin Majidov and Farid Novruzov, gave detailed information about the reconstruction and modernization of the  Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery (HAOR), as well as its history, production areas, its position in the fuel production sector, oil refining technology, etc. 

The students who participated in the question-and-answer session of the event were awarded gifts from "SOCAR Downstream Management" LLC.
