A meeting has been held with a group of representatives of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Baku Engineering University (BEU).
In his opening speech, the dean of the Faculty, associate professor Mayis Azizov noted the importance of the organization of the meeting. He emphasized that the main purpose of the joint discussions was to identify problems that might arise during the educational process and make suggestions for their prevention. In his speech, the dean expressed confidence that the meeting would be useful and effective for students.
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty, PhD. in Economics Elsevar Ibadov said he was glad to meet with the students. Noting that part of the training was traditional and part is online, the deputy dean informed the students about the academic calendar, intra-semester activities, independent work and attendance. E.Ibadov told the group representatives that students must follow the existing pandemic, as well as the internal rules of the university during traditional education. In his speech, the deputy dean also touched upon teacher-student relations.
Then, the tutor of the faculty Yegana Huseynova made a presentation about the group representatives. Speaking about the characteristics of the representatives of the group, the tutor stressed the significance of their management and social skills, ability to work independently, exemplary and leadership skills. Y.Huseynova also announced the results of a survey conducted among the group representatives.
Various proposals were voiced at the event, which continued with answers to students' questions.
