A meeting has been held with students currently studying in Korea (South) under the dual degree program implemented between Baku Engineering University and INHA University (BEU-INHA DDP).
The meeting, which took place in Incheon with the support of the State Committee for Diaspora Affairs, was attended by 114 students enrolled in the program.
At the meeting, attended by Narmin Dadayeva, representative of the Support Fund for Azerbaijan Diaspora, and Vusala Zeynalli, an employee of our country's Embassy in the Republic of Korea, it was emphasized that the students' receiving high-level education at INHA University is of strategic importance for our country. It was noted that the DDP provides Azerbaijani youth with the opportunity to acquire engineering knowledge and practical skills that meet international standards. The meeting also discussed the activities of diaspora organizations, support provided for student initiatives and projects, and highlighted the importance of being active in promoting Azerbaijani culture in Korea, strengthening unity within the community, and increasing civic engagement.
Students were also provided with detailed information about the operational directions of the committee and the Support Fund for Azerbaijan Diaspora, as well as large-scale projects being implemented.
During the discussions, students shared their thoughts about their projects and ideas across various areas.
Subsequently, students' questions were answered, and it was emphasized that such meetings are of great importance in terms of strengthening the unity of young Azerbaijanis living in South Korea and their integration into the Azerbaijan diaspora movement.
