A master class on the topic “Learning Finance Based on Artificial Intelligence” has been held for the 3rd year students of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Baku Engineering University (BEU).

Delivering an opening speech an the event, Professor Damat Bagirov, Head of the Finance and Accounting Department of the faculty, highlighted the growing role of artificial intelligence in the teaching and application of finance. He noted that artificial intelligence makes access to various resources in the field of finance more accessible. Textbooks, virtual teachers and simulation programs developed with artificial intelligence create an opportunity to learn finance in an easier and at the same time entertaining way.

Later, Professor Saleh Mammadov made a presentation on the topic. He emphasized that modern financial analysis and strategies often require the use of high-tech tools to work on complex data, make forecasts and assess risks. Artificial intelligence accelerates these processes and makes them more accurate and effective. He spoke in detail about the main roles of artificial intelligence in the teaching and application of financial science, such as data analysis and decision support, risk assessment, simulation, modeling, ethics and application of artificial intelligence. S. Mammadov then continued the teaching of the subject using artificial intelligence, which was met with special interest by the students.
