The delegation led by Tural Ahmadov, Chairperson of the Board of the Education Quality Assurance Agency (EQAA) has visited Baku Engineering University (BEU).

Yagub Piriyev, rector of BEU, introduced the guests to the material and technical base of the educational institution, existing infrastructure, teaching-practice zone and dormitories. Furthermore, the representatives of EQAA visited modern laboratories of various purposes, educational buildings, auditoriums, educational and production rooms of the university and were given detailed information about the available opportunities here.

During the inspection of the BEU Technopark, the projects, plans and goals intended for the further expansion of scientific research activities, the realization of the entrepreneurial university model were touched upon, and a broad exchange of ideas was held. The start-up teams formed on the basis of students' ideas, the support given to them for the development of 12 such start-ups at the BEU Technopark, the projects realized by students and the work done in other directions were also brought to attention.

The guests expressed their satisfaction with the current conditions created at the university.
