The TOEFL and GRE international exams at Baku Engineering University (BEU), which actively participates in the organization of international exams to assess the language and skills required to study in various foreign countries, are organized according to the rules established in connection with the pandemic situation.

At BEU, these exams are conducted on the basis of applications and certain schedules. Those who come to the exam must be accompanied by the following documents at the address indicated (in the agreed room at BEU) 1 hour before the start of the exam:

1. Pictured ID card or passport;

2. Health certificate (COVID-19 immunity certificate, vaccination certificate). 

Moreover, persons aged 15 and under must come to the examination hall with their parents.

As a precautionary measure, the temperature of the participants entering the examination building is checked with an electronic thermometer that can be measured remotely, the necessary disinfectants are used and the participants are seated at the required distance from each other in the examination room.

Participants must come to the exam with a medical mask and use them properly (covering the nose, mouth and chin). It is forbidden to remove the mask and it is mandatory to use it during the whole process (graduation mode, exam period, leaving the exam building).
