Students of the Education Faculty of Baku Engineering University (BEU) majoring in Translation have worked on an interesting project. As part of the project, which further developed students' ability to work in a team, short fragments of Azerbaijani films were translated into English and sounded.

In the dubbing project, students worked as a team, translating and editing short fragments of “Bəxt üzüyü”(The Ring of Fortune), “Bəyin oğurlanması”(Kidnapping of the Bridegroom), “Qaynana”(Mother-in-law), “Yol əhvalatı”(The Road Story) and several other films.

Moreover, the students chose the English animation "Sponge Bob" and translated it into our native language. 17 students actively participated in the project and successfully translated, animated and edited the animation.

It should be noted that the project was implemented under the guidance of the head of the Translation and English Language Department, Associate Professor Natig Adilov, and teacher of the department Sevda Huseynova and with the support of the employee of the Public Relations Department Fuad Sharbatov.
