Nihad Garayev, a student of  Information Technologies Department of International Dual Degree Program (DDP) with a full state scholarship conducted between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University of the Republic of Korea noted, "The main reason I chose the dual state program is the chance to study the last course at INHA University in South Korea and get two degrees at the end."

Touching on the other advantages of the program, N. Garayev emphasized learning the Korean language, the implementation of teaching by highly qualified professors and teachers, and the "Summer school" in Korea. He added, "If you also want to specialize in engineering specialties and continue your studies in foreign universities in the future, you can achieve this goal by choosing BEU-INHA DDP".
