The examination session of the spring semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at the bachelor's and master's degrees has begun at Baku Engineering University (BEU). The examination session for both educational levels will continue until July 5.

During the examination process, all necessary measures were taken to ensure transparency and objectivity during the assessment of students' knowledge, and to organize examinations at a high level in auditoriums.

The work planned for the purpose of automatic calculation of students' pre-examination scores for subjects through the "Electronic Information System" has been completed. Thus, all the evaluation data of the students obtained before the exam, including class attendance, intra-semester activities, free work, laboratory work, and course work results were fully entered into the system by the subject teachers before the session began.

The exam results will be entered into the electronic information system of the university by the subject teacher on the day of the exam..

The Headquarters and Appeals Commission was established in the university in order to promptly control the progress of the session and to ensure the resolution of complaints that may arise during the exams. The students were informed in detail about the disciplinary rules within the university, the organization of relevant pre-exam counseling hours in the departments according to the examination schedules, as well as the rules for applying to the Appeals Commission regarding the examination results.

During the session, conducting the exams based on the existing normative documents and in accordance with the instructions, organization of discipline at a high level will be the focus of the university management, at the same time, the progress of the exams will be checked consistently.
