The summer examination session of the spring semester of the 2024/2025 academic year has started at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

All necessary measures have been taken to ensure fair assessment of students' knowledge and full transparency in the exams at the bachelor's and master's levels, which will continue until July 5.

All evaluation data obtained for the automatic calculation of students' pre-exam scores in subjects through the BEU Electronic Information System (class attendance, intra-semester activities, independent work, laboratory and coursework results) was placed in the system before the exam.

In order to promptly monitor the progress of the session and immediately investigate any complaints that may arise, a Headquarters and Appeals Commission were established, and students were provided with the necessary information about this.

The university administration will focus on conducting exams based on existing regulatory documents and in accordance with the instructions, and organizing discipline at a high level during the session.

The results will be placed in the electronic system by subject teachers on the day of the exam.

For students who have academic debts and did not participate in the exam for a valid reason, re-examinations will be organized in accordance with the requirements of relevant legislation.
