A distinction exam has been held at Baku Engineering University (BEU) to obtain a PhD degree in the specialty "System Analysis, Management and Information Processing". The exam covered the general science subject "Fundamentals of Engineering" for the dissertation profile of applicants without higher education in the field of engineering.

The chairman of the examination commission, BEU Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Professor Hamzaga Orujov, and the head of the Department of Master's and Doctoral Studies, Professor Shikar Gasimov made speeches.

After familiarization with the examination rules, the process of answering questions began.

Dissertation candidate Ramil Mirzayev, who successfully answered the questions within the given time, succeeded in the exam.
