Nabat Isgandarova, a graduate of the Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies at Baku Engineering University (BEU), has been accepted to pursue master's degree studies at renowned universities including Uppsala in Sweden, Texas A&M, Maryland, and Alabama in the United States, as well as under the Erasmus Mundus program. Her choice was the Erasmus Mundus program, considered one of the most competitive and prestigious academic projects on a global scale.
Nabat Isgandarova will study in the Joint Master in Mathematical Computations and Statistics program at universities in Portugal, Italy, and France. This multidisciplinary field provides advanced knowledge in applied mathematics, statistical modeling, data analysis, and computational methods, while developing deep theoretical and practical competencies in areas such as scientific research, industrial analytics, and artificial intelligence.
It is a source of pride that this BEU graduate is one of 12 individuals selected for this program from among more than 2,500 applicants worldwide. This represents not only her personal achievement but also an indicator of the international recognition of the quality education provided at BEU.
Nabat Isgandarova, who was admitted to BEU's undergraduate program in mathematics and computer science with a score of 671, graduated in 2023 with high achievements. The main objective of the Erasmus Mundus program is to enhance the quality of European higher education, strengthen international academic cooperation, and provide students with the opportunity to study and gain experience in a multinational environment.
