Cyber ​​security training at BEU

Baku Engineering University (BEU) Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies and "Kapital Bank" jointly organized a series of 3-day trainings for students studying "Information security".

Trainings dedicated to the topic of cyber security were organized in the "Kapital Bank room" opened in May of this year at the university. On the first day of the training, Ibrahim Aliyev, Head of Applied Software Security of the Information Security Department of the bank, and Farhad Abdulkarimov, an employee of the department, made a presentation on "Career in the field of cyber security", on the second day, Ogtay Nabili, a specialist in Applied software security, on "Anatomy of cyber attacks", and on the last day, Farid Lalayev, an expert in the same field, on "Security of applied programs". The presentations discussed career opportunities, future prospects of cyber security, cyber threats, protection against them and other issues.

During the training, specialists answered numerous questions of the students, and certificates were presented to the active students.
