Agreement about scientific-educational collaboration has been signed between Baku Engineering University and Odessa I.I.Mechinikov National University. The main objective of collaboration is to establish scientific-educational relations between both Higher Educational Institutions.

   It was envisaged in the agreement signed by the Rector of BEU, professor Havar Mammadov and the rector of Odessa I.I.Mechinikov National University Igor Koval to share scientific achievements of the parties, conduct joint scientific researches, organize seminars, conferences and realize student-lecturer exchange with the aim of improving pedagogical activities of the Universities.
