A BP “Student Recruitment, Internship and Discover BP” programs announced by BP have been held at Baku Engineering University (BEU).

At the event for engineering students, BP Early Career Department Specialist Mehriban Shikhzamanova provided general information about the company and its youth development programs.

Later, speaking at length about the “Student Recruitment, Internship and Discover BP” programs, the department’s coordinator Nazrin Nagiyeva said that the company’s first program announced in Azerbaijan provides young people with job and internship opportunities in the fields of underground wells, engineering, health, safety, environment and business. She noted that the program’s discovery week provides information about opportunities in the energy industry, which creates favorable conditions for students and graduates to explore available career options at BP.

During the session, engineer Kamran Alekperov shared his experience gained at BP with the students and spoke about the activities carried out by electrical engineers.

The main requirements for participation in the programs were also announced at the event, and educated, talented young people who want to build their careers with BP were advised to take advantage of the programs in question.
