Baku Engineering University (BEU) Technopark has been awarded the “Innovation Lab” certificate for its successful activities in the field of innovation and technology, as well as in supporting young researchers and startups. The certificate was presented to BEU Technopark by the “Global Innovation Institute (GInI)” within the framework of the “Certification of Innovation Ecosystem Players as Individuals and Companies” project implemented by “Code Academy” with the support of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency. GInI is a leading international organization providing professional certification, accreditation and membership services in the field of innovation.
BEU Technopark is the first institution in our country to receive the “Innovation Lab” certificate, and this prestigious document shows that the contribution of the university to the development of the scientific research and startup ecosystem in recent years has been recognized internationally.
As one of the first technoparks to start operating among higher education institutions in our country, the main goals of BEU Technopark include supporting research, technological innovation, entrepreneurship and innovative projects. In addition, Technopark has supported a number of successful startup projects in recent years and stimulated the creativity of young people by organizing various innovation competitions and hackathons.
