A team of students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has won the “INNOSTART” hackathon held at the Sumgayit Innovation Hub.

In the hackathon, held with the support of SUP.VC and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, BEU students, Mahammadali Ayralov (“Chemical Engineering”, 3rd year), Ulvu Aghayev (“Computer Science”, 4th year), Togrul Mammadov (“Chemical Engineering”, 3rd year), Ragsana Huseynova (“Chemical Engineering”, 4th year), were awarded 2nd place with the project “Web software capable of analyzing bio-chemical reactions”.

In the competition, which aims to support the transformation of ideas of young people who want to make a mark in the world of technology and innovation into reality, the teams worked on creative solutions and demonstrated their knowledge and skills in shaping the technology of the future.

At the end of the hackathon, the winners were awarded prizes.
