BEU students succeed in Republican Olympiad

Students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) have been among the winners of the Republican Olympiad in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry within the "Science Festival" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Thus, Arzu Alkhanova, a 4th year student of the Physics Education Department of the Education Faculty of BEU, won the 3rd place in the Olympiad held with the support of the Ministry of Science and Education and the joint organization of the Baku State University and the Institute of Education.

Other students of BEU also achieved success in the Olympiad. Khadija Abdullazade, a third-year student of the University's Chemistry Education Department (Chemistry), Laman Mammadova, a third-year student of Chemistry Education Department  (Chemistry), and Amin Rzayev, a second-year student of Mathematics Education Department (Mathematics), were awarded encouraging places.

According to the results of the competition, 30 students won the Olympiad (3 first place, 6 second place, 9 third place, 15 incentive place).
