An event titled "The Path to Cybersecurity" was held, organized by the Cybersecurity Club operating under the Baku Engineering University (BEU) Student Trade Union Committee.

The event was opened by the club's chairperson, Sevgi Khaligzade, who spoke about the purpose of the meeting and the importance of educational events in the field of cybersecurity.   

Subsequently, Kanan Alasgarly, a professional and experienced cybersecurity expert in the field, delivered the main presentation. During the meeting, which was organized in a question-and-answer format, participants addressed questions to the specialist on topics of interest related to cybersecurity, and Kanan Alasgarly provided detailed responses based on his knowledge and experience.

The specialist also discussed in detail the important stages for building a career in cybersecurity, managing security incidents in real work environments, teamwork, and the essential skills required in this field.

At the end, practical recommendations were provided to students, and an exchange of views on the topic was conducted.
