An info session on the “CulTech” Incubation Program has been held for students of Baku Engineering University (BEU) jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Education Workers’ Free Trade Union and “SUP.VC” LLC.
It was reported at the event that the incubation program is implemented by the aforementioned LLC with the support of the Ministry of Culture, as well as the Center for the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries. It was noted that the program creates unique opportunities for creative youth and startup owners of our country to present their projects, as well as launch them on the global market. In addition, within the framework of the 12-week program, participants have the opportunity to attend trainings in various fields and develop their projects through mentoring sessions.
During the speeches, it was noted that startup projects play an important role in innovation, job opportunities and technological development both locally and internationally, and information was provided about the startup projects of BEU students.
The event also discussed startups on various topics and answered students’ questions.
