Rayakhanim Aghazadə, III year student of Physics Education of Pedagogy faculty at Baku Engineering University (BEU) has taken part in the “International Victory Camp” held in the Gaziantep city of Turkey with the participation of the youth of Azerbaijan and Turkey.

The purpose of the event co-organized by Youth Foundation of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Turkish Youth Foundation of the Turkey Republic is the promotion of the victory  won under the leadership of the victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev among the youth of the two countries, further improvement of the cooperation of youth of the fraternal countries, also the enhancement of joint events and projects in various fields between the youth of both countries.

 The BEU student who was selected to take part in the “International Victory Camp” stated that during the camp period they would contribute to the further strengthening of relations of friendship and cooperation between the youth of the two countries, and the youth’s sharing knowledge on history, culture, as well as education of both countries.

During the camp that covered the dates of 19-24 October the participants travelled different historical monuments and touristic sights to learn about the shared culture of both countries and get enlightened about their histories, and got involved in intellectual competitions and trainings related to personal growth.

The participants visited historical-cultural monuments of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and other touristic places, as well as Haydar Aliyev Museum and got acquainted with the heritage of the National Leader.

Meetings with the heroic veterans were also held in order to instill the spirit of patriotism to the youth of both countries who took part in the event and to promote the truth of Patriotic War to international community.
