Rayakhanim Agazade, a second-year student of Physics Education Department of Education Faculty at Baku Engineering University (BEU), has successfully participated in the "We study Heydar Aliyev’s political school" Young Leaders Program jointly implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Heydar Aliyev Center.

As a graduate of the program, BEU student R.Agazadeh made a speech in program "GencSen" of the Azerbaijan State Television (AzTV). She spoke about the importance of the program, events and meetings for young people. BEU student gave detailed information about the contributions of National Leader Heydar Aliyev to the youth of Azerbaijan and the implementation of the country's development strategy.

It should be noted that the program aims to support the development of leadership qualities in young people by strengthening their respect and loyalty to the traditions of independent statehood. The program is implemented to ensure the realization of the Action Plan of the State Program "Azerbaijani youth in 2017-2021" approved by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.

Participants in the Young Leaders Program are potential young people with criteria such as public activity, organizational skills, outlook and vision, as well as communication, communication skills, and experience working independently with a team.
