BEU student places second in country in entrance exam for master's degree

Ahmad Ahmadov, a student of Accounting and Audit at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Baku Engineering University (BEU), has showed high results in the entrance exam for the master's degree. Thus, BEU student placed the second in the country with 98 points.

A.Ahmadov graduated from secondary school No. 1 in Bargushad village of Ujar region. During his high school years, he was selected third in the Republic in the Olympiad in Geography. Moreover, Ahmad Ahmadov  repeatedly won intellectual competitions such as National Intellectual Game "Khamsa", "Brain Ring" and "What? Where? When?" (Что? Где? Когда?).

A.Ahmadov, the winner of the inter-university Logic Olympiad, took an active part in the public activities of BEU. He worked as chairman of the Student Youth Organization (SYO) in the Department of Accounting and Audit, and was represented in the leadership of a number of student clubs.

Noting that he learned many values from the University staff during his studies at BEU, A.Ahmadov stressed that he mastered his specialty well enough and thanked his teachers for this.

BEU student emphasized that the University had a rich library with sufficient teaching aids, as well as classrooms and material and technical base for modern education.

A.Ahmadov added he would pursue his master's degree at BEU and choose Accounting and Audit in Production (English).
