Nabi Shirinov, a student of the international dual degree program (BEU-INHA DDP) between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University of the Republic of South Korea, has participated in the "Sustainable Development Goals Action Week" held at the UN Headquarters.
N. Shirinov, currently studying in the 3rd year of Information Technology Department, was represented together with the Young Ambassadors in the Azerbaijani delegation at the meeting held in New York, USA on September 16-20.
N. Shirinov is one of the active students of the BEU-INHA DDP, which is already in its fourth year. The team led by him won the "Mission:2030" Hackathon held in July.
Of note, the main goal of the Young Ambassadors selected within the project jointly implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports with the United Nations Development Program is to provide full voluntary support to state institutions operating under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), support community awareness of steps at the local, national and international levels, contribute to the preparation of national reports and actively participate in initiatives.
