Baku Engineering University (BEU) employees have participated in the “Innovation & Research Leadership Summit 2025” (IRLS 2025) event held at the Azerbaijan Innovation Center.

At the summit, renowned scientists from different countries of the world, editors-in-chief of Scopus and DOAJ indexed journals, startup experts and industry representatives came together and held extensive discussions on global research trends, innovation strategies, and opportunities for applying new technologies in the field of education.

Speaking at the summit, BEU academic staff and researchers shared the university’s experience in scientific research and innovation. At the same time, they expressed their positions on the financing of science, innovative approaches, and the role of modern technologies in higher education in panel sessions.

During the event, scientific articles prepared with the participation of BEU employees were submitted to Scopus indexed journals and were positively evaluated.

IRLS 2025 played an important platform for BEU in terms of creating new international cooperation opportunities and implementing future joint research and projects. One of the main outcomes of the summit was the reaffirmation that science, startup ecosystem, and industry collaboration are crucial in building a sustainable future.
