The faculty and student staff of Baku Engineering University (BEU) have visited Hebei University of Technology, one of the country's renowned higher education institutions.

Welcoming the delegation, Director of the International Exchange Center Ma Shuo provided the guests with detailed information about the university. Stating that the higher education institution prepares qualified personnel with new scientific and technological knowledge based on bachelor's, master's, and doctoral programs in engineering, design, and business, Ma Shuo drew attention to the innovative educational opportunities and infrastructure potential of the university, as well as its international relations.

During the meeting, presentations were made of both universities, and a video clip was shown for the purpose of familiarization. Later, an exchange of views was held on establishing relations between the parties, exchange of teachers and students, organization of joint summer school programs, and possible cooperation opportunities in other areas.

Moreover, BEU representatives inspected the architectural and design building of Hebei University of Technology and got acquainted with the modern infrastructure created for education.

It should be noted that the visit of the BEU delegation to China was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the dual diploma program signed with Beijing University of Chemical Technology this year. During the visit, a summer school will be organized for students, and ideas will be exchanged to expand scientific and educational ties. The established cooperative relations also contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, namely "Quality Education" and "Partnerships for the Goals.".
