I sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of Novruz Holiday and wish each one of you and your relatives good health, success and happiness!

Today the people of Azerbaijan celebrate Novruz, which has become a symbol of our national solidarity and embodiment of our ancient traditions, in a completely different mood as a proud, invincible nation.

Under the leadership of the President of Azerbaijan, Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, glorious Azerbaijani Army ended the occupation of our lands lasting for almost 30 years in just 44 days and won the Great Victory. 

Today, the burning of the Novruz bonfire in our native Karabakh, where the sacred flag of Azerbaijan is waving, is a long-lasting dream come true.

The young generation, students of the political school of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the administration of President Ilham Aliyev,  was of great importance to achieving this historic victory.

President Ilham Aliyev praised patriotism represented by the youth in the Second Karabakh War. The contribution of teachers in the formation of a patriotic and educated young generation is undeniable.

Our compatriots from different parts of the world, united like a fist around President Ilham Aliyev in the Patriotic War, celebrate this holiday with joy.

This year Karabagh scented Novruz Holiday will give an impetus to our compatriots around the world to unite more closely around the Azerbaijanism ideology and strengthen their sense of patriotism.

Novruz is celebrated as a public holiday reflecting spiritual world of our ancestors in all its subtleties. Today Novruz is still loved and revered by our people with its beautiful traditions that have stood the test of time.
