Ayyub Guliyev, professor of Physics Department of Baku Engineering University, has participated in the international scientific conference entitled “Near-Earth Astronomy and Space Heritage" held in Kazan, Russian Federation. The current problems of astrophysics  were discussed at the 11th international conference.

    Professor A. Guliyev made a speech at the international conference entitled "The role of solar activity in the determination of comets belonging to different classes." The research work not only determines the distribution of periodic and longitudinal comets during the phases of solar activity, but also reveals unknown results in the construction of comets. The report will be published.

     It should be noted that Hazi Gasimov, PhD. candidate of Physics Department, is actively involved in research work on the problems of the origin of comets under the guidance of professor A. Guliyev.
