Baku Engineering University is always closely involved in international projects and programs and plays a major role in bringing the world's scientific experience to Azerbaijan.
Thus, several lecturers and students of the University participated in international programs through competition in 2019. Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, assoc.prof. Mayis Azizov attended the program of Erasmus+ Project of European Council entitled “Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility For Teaching”.
Mayis Azizov read lectures on "Macroeconomic Key Factors and Their Impact on Business" and "International Study Skills: Microeconomics" for undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Koblenz in the 7-week program. He also gave a seminar to the students on "Education at the Universities of Azerbaijan as well as at BEU".
At the meeting, dean of BEU also discussed possible cooperation between the two universities with staff of International Relation Department of Koblenz University as a result of the discussions, the summer schools decided to be held next year.
Noting the importance of participation in international projects and programs for the development of inter-universities cooperation, Mayis Azizov said that a high level attendance of the students and their interactive participation in lessons were commendable.
