The teacher of the Dual Degree Program with a full state scholarship jointly implemented by Baku Engineering University (BEU) and Inha University of the Republic of Korea, head of the Mathematics Department of BEU, doctor of mathematical sciences Rakib Afandiyev noted, "I hope that the dual degree program will be of great benefit to our republic. Our students will come back after studying in Azerbaijan for 3 years and at Inha University for 1 year and bear their fruits."

The head of the department spoke about the advantages of the mathematics subject taught by him for students studying in the field of information technologies, and its irreplaceable role in solving certain problems.
