An event was held in Seoul, the capital of the Republic of Korea (South), by Azerbaijan's Embassy in that country on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day.

Azerbaijani students currently studying in Korea within the framework of the dual degree program (BMU-INHA IDP) implemented between Baku Engineering University and INHA, representatives of diplomatic missions, as well as members of the Azerbaijani diaspora participated in the event.

At the opening of the event, Ramin Hasanov, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, delivered a speech about the historical and political significance of Victory Day for the Azerbaijani people. The Ambassador noted that this day is commemorated as a symbol of the restoration of Azerbaijan's sovereignty and territorial integrity and holds a special place in our country's modern history. He also spoke about the development of relations between the Republic of Korea and Azerbaijan, emphasizing that cooperation successfully continues in various directions.

The event concluded with an artistic program dedicated to Victory Day.
