BEU-INHA DDP students distinguished at "Korean calligraphy" event

II and III year students consisting of 30 people of the dual diploma program (BEU-INHA DDP) conducted between Baku Engineering University and Inha University of the Republic of Korea participated in the event called "Korean Calligraphy" at Khirdalan Sejong Institute.

A total of 60 participants of the event organized by the Sejong Academy of Culture experienced calligraphy work on Hwasongchi (Korean paper) with a brush, and then experienced the beauty of the Korean alphabet Hangul on objects such as frames and fans. The writing of various words in the Korean alphabet created great pleasure among the participants.

"Karabakh is Azerbaijan!" prepared by Nasib Ahmadov, a third-year student of the "Electrical Engineering" specialty of DDP, stood out at the event.

Hangul is an alphabet used by Koreans. This alphabet was created in the 15th century by King Sejong, one of the four kings of the Joseon state, and his educational institution.

It should be noted that Khirdalan Secong Institute has been officially operating since 2021 with the joint cooperation of BEU and Inha University.
