Google Developer Students Club-BEU and Science and Innovation Department of the University have jointly organized a training at Baku Engineering University (BEU).  

The head of the Department of Science and Innovation Elchin Yusubov gave information about the Google DSC and outlined the main objectives of the program developed by Google. Emphasizing the activities of Google DSC-BEU, E. Yusubov touched upon that the club continued to hold a series of events.

Later, Business Development Manager Naila Mikayilbeyli delivered a speech on "Personal Development and Career Planning." She noted that such trainings covered topics that were important in each student's career plans and developed ability of students to analyze their personal development. N.Mikayilbeyli added that personal development was a set of techniques and strategies that aimed to help people know themselves, identify their shortcomings and achieve their goals, as well as motivated people to get closer to their goals. In her presentation Naila Mikayilbeyli outlined the rules of personal development, career and its stages, personality types in career advancement, definition of career goals, modern methods of job search.

Later, Personal Brand Consultant Kamala Rovshan pointed out "Personal Branding 103." She said that personal branding was the perception of a person's experience, knowledge, abilities and skills by different groups of people. The trainer informed the students about the impact of personal branding on human life, personal branding tools and shared her experiences in this regard.

Students' questions were answered at the interactive event.
