An event "Development Marathon-2023" has been held at the initiative of Baku Engineering University (BEU) Student Youth Organization (SYO). The main goal of the marathon is to direct students to the right development based on the sharing of educational experiences.

At the event, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Destec Group", business consultant Sakit Samadov spoke about the time factor and the concept of time in human life. Guiding the students on efficient use of time, correct planning, and distribution according to goals, S. Samadov advised them not to lose heart in the face of difficulties, to devote more time to improving science, education and skills in the digital world.

Later, the founding director of "Shane Academy Azerbaijan", an expert on education abroad Jala Bahramova made a presentation on the topic "The role of knowing a foreign language on the path to success". The speaker shared her personal experiences about educational opportunities, benefits and career advantages of language learning, opportunities for foreign educated people, and etc.

During the meeting, the mentors answered the students' questions in detail.
