Baku Engineering University (BEU) has presented the project "Touching Karabakh" prepared by students studying at the master's degree in urban planning, architecture of buildings and facilities, design of architectural environment.
At the event, the dear memory of the martyrs was commemorated with a minute of silence.
Later, the dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Construction Afr Alifov, the head of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning Sabir Orujov, the head of the project and the author of the idea, the associate professor of the Department of Design Arzu Mammadova took the floor. In the speeches, it was emphasized that the students of BEU have signed a first, and at the same time, the importance of the project, which reflects the unity of modern technology, music and architecture, in terms of giving a new breath to the monuments of Karabakh, was pointed out. It was reported that within the framework of the project, historical monuments located in Karabakh were investigated, the possibility of reworking some of them was studied, and they were remodelled, according to their dimensions.
During the presentation of the project, it was noted that numbers related to monuments were obtained using the golden ratio, and using the capabilities of artificial intelligence, as well as numbers, music and videos were created for each historical monument.
The main goal of the project, which is important from the point of view of bringing students studying at the master's level together, establishing communication between them, and creating joint work, is the preparation of models of historical monuments and the introduction of these models through music.
At the end, certificates were presented to BEU students who created the project.
