The next training has been organized by the Center for Distance Education and Quality Assurance of Baku Engineering University (BEU).

The training for teachers and students was conducted by Elnur Rahimov, BEU teacher, Business Trainer, Memory Techniques Trainer, head of “Super Memory” project for the first time in Azerbaijan, author of the book entitled “Super Memory in 14 Days”.

E. Rahimov made a presentation on "Mastering learning with memory techniques". He said that by learning memory techniques, people would be able to master past and newly discovered methods, and apply them in lessons and everyday life.

It covered brain training, brain potential, the connection between learning-memory-brain, ways to create brain wave frequencies needed to learn mental fatigue, nutrients needed for the brain, how to use emotions during learning, right and left brain functions, learning to them together, the learning program that exists in our brains at birth, ways to start the Hippocampus, the role of the brain in our lives and behavior, research on the brain and their results.

During the training, E. Rahimov also spoke about brain maps. He was noted that this was the method that generates and organizes ideas with a brainstorming by using symbols, keywords, codes, passwords and colors , and can be used by a teacher or a speaker, a company manager, a writer who wants to write a book, and so on.

It should be noted that as a result of gained techniques and knowledge, the participants will learn how to master any information they want, words in a foreign language, as well as important information when reading books, articles, scientific works, numbers of any length, as well as telephone numbers.

The training ended with answering the participants' questions.
