Baku Engineering University (BEU) has hosted an information event on the recruitment of graduates and internship programs announced by BP for 2023.
At the event intended for final year students of higher educational institution, Khadija Ismayilova, the senior advisor for early careers for the region of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey, provided information about the history and goals of BP, a global company.
Noting the company's activities, Anar Iskanderov, Head of Logistics Aviation Operations for the Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey region of BP, emphasized that in order to support the achievement of global goals related to the climate, BP continued to strengthen its efforts on clean energy.
Mehriban Shikhzamanova, the company's early career consultant, gave the necessary information about the programs announced by bp for 2023. She brought to the attention the requirements determined by the recruitment program, the opportunities created, as well as the rules for joining the program.
Mechanical engineer of the company's Sangachal Terminal Isgandar Askarov, HSE specialist Nijat Alizada, as well as 2016 graduate of Mechanical Engineering of BEU, mechanical engineer of Sangachal Terminal Ayaz Bilalov also touched on the benefits of joining recruitment and internship programs and their role in the development of students' future careers. It was noted that the above-mentioned programs of BP accelerated the acquisition of basic technical skills, experience and knowledge in graduates, and played an important role in future work activities.
At the end of the event, organized by BEU Department on work with enterprises and career, students' questions were answered by bp experts.
