Baku Engineering University has hosted the final stage of the information technology (IT) knowledge competition dedicated to the "Year of Shusha" within the framework of the SABAH groups project of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The competition, supported by PASHA Bank, aims to increase the interest in the field of IT, the scientific and creative initiatives of students, to encourage them to conduct scientific research in a healthy competitive environment, and to create favorable conditions for revealing and demonstrating the scientific and creative potential of talented young people.

In the final stage, 24 teams solved 9 algorithmic problems in C, C++, Java or Python programming languages within 5 hours. Evaluation of the results is carried out by an automatic code evaluation system.

All teams participating in the final stage will be awarded a certificate, and the teams winning the first 3 places will be presented with diplomas and special gifts.
