Baku Engineering University (BEU) has organized an educational seminar entitled  "Personality factor in the academic and business environment".

Dean of the Education Faculty of the University, assoc.prof. Elshad Abdullayev provided information about the relevance of the topic and the importance of the seminar for the student-teacher staff.

Psychologist Jala Zeynalli, specialist of IDDO mental development program, spoke about the concept of psyche and the role of psychology in the personality development. Touching upon possible conflicts between students and teachers in the academic environment, the psychologist shared the results of the survey conducted in this regard with the participants.

Rovshan Nazarli, a clinical psychologist, a member of the American Psychological Association, and the founder of the IDDO mental development program, emphasized the role of the personality model in the creation of gaps in the academic and business environment, as well as different aspects of the main reasons that caused conflicts. The psychologist explained basic issues such as family problems, psychological traumas, and etc. in detail through examples.

In the seminar, the questions of the participants were answered by experts.
