Samira Gasimova, undergraduate alumnus of World Economy Department at Baku Engineering University (BEU), has received a positive response from 10 universities, most of which are among the top 30 universities in the world, to pursue her master's degree. These universities include the London School of Economics (England), the University of Chicago (USA), the University of Toronto (Canada), UCL (University College London) (England), the University of British Columbia (Canada), McGill University (Canada), and the University of Notre Dame. (USA), the University of Glasgow (Scotland), Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (Singapore) and Queen Mary University (England).
It should be noted that S.Gasimova graduated from BEU with 98.26 GPA. During her studies at the University, she participated in a 1-semester exchange programme at University of L'Aquila in Italy within the framework of Erasmus KA1 programme and underwent an 8-month internship program at the US Embassy in Azerbaijan. Currently, Samira Gasimova works in the Economic Analysis Department at the head office of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
