BEU employees visit European universities as part of exchange program

Another group of employees of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has visited European higher education institutions within the Erasmus+KA1 exchange program.

Narmin Alakbarova, head of the international cooperation and project management department, participated in various seminars and information sessions held at the University of Granada, Spain. The difficulties faced by exchange students, ways to solve problems, innovations in the Erasmus+ program, issues of strengthening international cooperation between higher education institutions were discussed in info sessions covering various topics attended by representatives of France, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Lebanon, Algeria, Georgia and other countries.

Participating in the exchange at the University of Granada, Spain, Zamin Babashov, deputy dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of BEU, and Rufat Mammadov, the senior lecturer of the Department of Business Administration, held meetings in a number of departments. Supporting the professional development of professors and teachers of higher schools, promoting the use of new technology and innovative teaching methods, the experience of the University of Granada in the development of teaching were taken into account, and joint work to be done was discussed.

Mushvig Mehbaliyev, an employee of the international cooperation and project management department, participated in the exchange at Politecnico di Torino University in Italy. He attended a series of trainings related to sustainability, inclusion and diversity, Erasmus+ program together with representatives from Albania, Lebanon, Morocco, Colombia, Chile, Japan, Kenya, USA and Uzbekistan.
