Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs of Baku Engineering University (BEU), Associate Professor Elchin Suleymanov and the University lecturer Khayala Ibrahimova have participated in the online International Conference on Eurasian Economies. At the conference, E. Suleymanov delivered a presentation with UNEC Professor Farhad Rahmanov on "Analysis of Innovative Potential in Healthcare Management of the Republic of Azerbaijan", as well as H. Ibrahimova gave a presentation with F. Rahmanov on “Development of E-State and Innovative Technology in Improving Public Service Quality in Azerbaijan ”. Both presentations were met with interest by the conference participants and recommendations were given. Moreover, the authors answered numerous questions on the topic. Each of the research papers was included in the list of publications of the conference after the positive opinion of 2 experts.

So far, Suleymanov has worthily represented Azerbaijan at the conferences in Kazakhstan, Russia, Macedonia, Uzbekistan and Turkey.

It should be noted that the conference was organized online by Beykent University of Turkey, Manas University of Kyrgyzstan and Odlar Yurdu University of Azerbaijan. This prestigious conference, which is being organized for the 12th time, is held annually in one of the Eurasian countries. The conference aims to bring together researchers and decision makers working in this field to discuss current and future economic issues in the region. Economic integration in the context of globalization, regional cooperation, international trade, sustainable growth and development, transition economies, finance, energy, natural resources and the environment are the main topics of the conference.

Articles, presentations and discussions presented at the conference were conducted in English, Turkish and Russian. The submitted articles will be published in one of the mentioned journals (Dogush University Journal, Journal of Social Sciences of Beykent University, Manas Journal of Social Studies, Journal of the International Conference on Eurasian Economies).
