Sevda Huseynova, senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of Baku Engineering University (BEU),academic advisor, has attended 4-month "TOP ADVISOR" specialist training program in science metrics jointly implemented by the State Agency for Science and Higher Education (EATDA), "Elsevier" and "Clarivate" for the first time.

The program was organized in order to train specialists who can apply authoritative elmmetric and bibliometric databases such as "Scopus" and "Web of Science" at an expert level in our country.

Among 150 applicants, 70 people were selected for the program, and 28 of them, including Sevda Huseynova, successfully completed the program and received a joint certificate from "Elsevier" and "Clarivate" companies. The certificate was presented to BEU lecturer by Ulkar Sattarova, director of EATDA.

At the closing ceremony of the program, a BEU employee made a presentation about the university's scientific indicators and future research goals.
