An employee of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has joined the educational program "Strategic human resources management" implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR) funded by the European Commission.
The program,participated by Aynur Seyidova, a specialist of the Human Resources and Legal Department of BEU, 18 people from 16 higher education institutions, which are project partners of Azerbaijan, and held by the Azerbaijan HR Institute, aims to improve human resources management in higher education institutions.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the program, the partner of the project Zaur Bagirov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University, Gulshan Bayramova, ECAR project coordinator and head of the university-industry cooperation department of Baku Business University, Emil Huseynov, founder and director of Azerbaijan HR Institute emphasized the importance of the project.
Of note, the program implemented by Fazila Asgarova, trainer of the Azerbaijan HR Institute, includes a total of 6 modules (Talent Attraction, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Measurement and Analytics, Business Leadership).
