An employee of Baku Engineering University (BEU), Head of the Department of Social Sciences, Associate Professor, Doctor of Philosophy in History, Bilal Dadayev has participated in the event dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the Khojaly Genocide under the command of Civil Defense Troops of the Ministry of Emergencies.

At the event, the head of the personnel department of the Command of the Civil Defense Troops, lieutenant colonel Elshad Ibrahimov made an opening speech and spoke about the historical facts about the Khojaly genocide.

Later, delivering a report, B. Dadayev gave detailed information to the participants about the Khojaly genocide, the history of genocide, atrocities committed by Armenians in different periods of history, and Armenian vandalism.

At the end, a film about the Khojaly genocide was demonstrated.
