The training entitled "Strategic human resources management" with the participation of Aynur Seyidova, specialist of Human resources and legal department of Baku Engineering University (BEU) has ended.

The one-and-a-half-month training was carried out within the framework of the Erasmus+ project "Establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR) funded by the European Commission.

Certificates were presented to the participants who successfully completed the program attended by 18 people from 16 higher educational institutions that are project partners of Azerbaijan.

The program conducted by the Azerbaijan HR Institute was aimed at improving human resources management in higher education institutions and included a total of 6 modules (Talent Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Measurement and Analytics, Business Leadership).
