Durnisa Safarova, a specialist of the Science and Innovation Department of Baku Engineering University (BEU), was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The BEU employee successfully completed the defense of her dissertation on the topic "The Problem of Plot within a Plot (Contamination) in Azerbaijani Fairy Tales", which she submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty "Folklore Studies".
