Baku Engineering University (BEU) has been awarded the “Innovative and Development Award” of the Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations Union (ASYOU).

The management team of ASYOU visited BEU for this purpose and met with Rector Yagub Piriyev.

The meeting discussed in detail the attention and care shown by our state to young people, the multifaceted steps taken for their comprehensive development, as well as the positive work done by BEU in this context regarding young people.

Chairman of ASYOU Rashad Zeynalov provided detailed information about the activities of the organization, its work, planned innovations and future projects, speaking about the importance of further expanding joint cooperation in this direction.

Rector Yagub Piriyev emphasized that all initiatives put forward for the development of young people, their career advancement, and the effective organization of their social and public life are commendable. The Rector added that the activities of youth organizations and clubs are always supported at BEU, and their ideas and projects are taken into account. Moreover, he highlighted the innovations implemented at the university in recent times regarding youth.

The meeting included a wide exchange of views on possible joint projects to be implemented.

At the end, Rector Yagub Piriyev was presented with the “Innovative and Development Award” for his contribution to the sustainable and systematic development of the Student Youth Organization.
