A cooperation agreement has been signed between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and "AVT Logistics" LLC, which is part of the Veysaloglu Group of Companies. The document was signed by the Rector of the university, professor Havar Mammadov and the chairman of the Board of Directors of "AVT Logistics" LLC Anar Adilzade.

In the agreement, the organization of the experience of the students of the higher education institution in their specialty, the provision of the application of scientific and technical achievements in the field of logistics and transport in the institution, joint activity in scientific and research projects, the inclusion of the directions offered by the institution in the elective subjects of the educational programs, the use of modern knowledge and experience in the university and etc. directions of cooperation are included.

At the signing ceremony, Rector Havar Mammadov informed about the educational environment of the university, the training highly qualified and business-oriented personnel who would work in various fields of industry at all levels of education, especially the training personnel in the fields of transport and logistics at the Faculty of Engineering.

Havar Mammadov drew attention to the importance of issues such as expanding relations between the university and industrial enterprises, organizing the experience of students as a part of higher education programs, strengthening their theoretical knowledge and using it in later work, as well as providing students with jobs. In this regard, highlighting the relations established by BEU with private and state institutions, the Rector highly valued the establishment of cooperation with "AVT Logistics" LLC in relevant directions.

Emphasizing that they were very interested in the development of cooperation relations with BEU, Anar Adilzadeh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "AVT Logistics" LLC spoke about the activities of the institution, experience and career opportunities for students, recruitment strategy, as well as the environment created by the company to further increase the professionalism of personnel and etc. 

Later, at the event, opinions were exchanged on the main directions of future cooperation.
