A meeting has been held between Baku Engineering University (BEU) and the “Azerbaijan Fintech Association” Public Union (Azfina).

The meeting was attended by Damat Bagirov, Head of the Finance and Accounting Department of BEU, Vagif Gasimov, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies, Mayis Azizov, Head of the Science and Innovation Department, Vusal Suleymanli, Director of the BEU Technopark, as well as Azer Akbarov, Executive Director of AzFina, and Ayshan Hasanova, Partner Relations Manager.

The meeting, which aimed to broadly discuss cooperation opportunities between BEU and AzFina, considered joint education in the field of finance, organization of technology and innovation projects, and other issues related to cooperation.

It should be noted that AzFina was founded in December 2020 by six leading companies operating in the field of financial services.
